We were driving home from school today when Makena noticed a school bus driving through a yellow (possibly a little orange) traffic light.
Makena: "Look mommy!!! The cool bus ran through da light."
Mommy: "Yeah, that's a duffa thing to do." (I will often say this when I'm too mentally drained to think of something with more substance.)
Makena: "Yeah.. you did that yesterday."
I guess I won't be doing that anymore.
